1. Provide information and technical support to help consumers, businesses and governments reduce waste, recycle and buy recycled products. 2. Promote reduced waste through consumer purchasing decisions--precycling. 3. Promote and develop local industry to manufacture products from recovered materials. 4. Promote pollution prevention and the efficient use of resources to protect the air, water and land. 5. Gather and disseminate to its members information concerning recycling legislation or regulations proposed or enacted by any legislative or administrative governing body. 6. Develop and promote the passage or adoption of fair and equitable recycling legislation or regulations in Kansas.
